About the Author
Claudia Milian is a writer, editor, and educator. She is the founder and executive director of the Letras Latinas Literary Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Latinx literature. Milian is also the author of the book Latinx Rising: The Power of a New Generation. She lives in New York City.
